About Our Speaker:  Crystal Nelson is an occupational therapist and is a certified ergonomic assessment specialist. She is an expert in preventing work-related injuries for all settings, such as industrial, manufacturing, healthcare and office settings. Crystal’s experience as an occupational therapist and treatment of upper extremity injuries is the source for her passion to help prevent musculoskeletal disorders. She is the founder of Fargo Ergonomics and enjoys being an adjunct professor at the University of Mary - Fargo Campus, occupational therapy doctorate program.
