Description: Would all of your employees and team members know what to do if one of their co-workers, friends or family members went into sudden cardiac arrest? Sadly, only about 34% of people in our community receive immediate bystander CPR during a cardiac arrest. Paramedics from F-M Ambulance will lead you through exactly what happens during a cardiac arrest with a live demonstration and then tell you what YOU can do to help train our whole community in hands-only CPR. Participants will leave the presentation with a CPR Anytime kit and easy instructions on how to help train their employees, family and friends.

About Our Speaker: Kristi Engelstad has been a paramedic with F-M Ambulance for 17 years, where she currently works as the Clinical Learning & Development Specialist. When not at work, Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband, who is a firefighter in Fargo, and watching her two boys play basketball, baseball, football, taekwondo and swimming.

On the Menu: London Broil, Asparagus, Au Gratin Potatoes (If you have special dietary needs please inform a Board Member when checking in for the meeting)
