It provides an overview of suicide in the construction industry; research on prevention, including the risk factors and warning signs of suicide; and information on how we can work together to help prevent suicide loss in the construction industry.
About Our Speaker: Alicia Fabel is the Dakotas Programs Manager for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, whose mission is to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide. As an educator and passionate mental health advocate, Alicia works across communities in North and South Dakota to promote education for suicide prevention and for loss and healing. She is dedicated to creating spaces where open conversations about mental health can thrive.
